I don’t know about you but spring brings out the “nester” in me, sometimes worse than either of my pregnancies, according to my husband! The October real estate market statistics are now out. The average sale prices (for each of Single Family Houses, Condos and average Residential homes), and number of new listings and sales for the Edmonton MLS system are down from last month, which is typical as we get closer to December and a Christmas slowdown.
